About Me

Susan Fain, a real estate professional since 1999, was one of the top 10 producers for Terrie O'Connor Realtors in 2017 and has achieved Sales Associate of the Month on a consistent basis for her Upper Saddle River branch office. She has also been a member of the prestigious NJAR Circle of Excellence since 1998. Susan is a Marketing and Relocation specialist and is skilled in the sales and marketing of luxury properties. In this ever-changing market, I am dedicated to energetically and enthusiastically communicating important information to my buyers and sellers to assist them in making educated decisions pertinent to the buying and selling process. I love my job and am extremely dedicated to it. My passion for working with buyers and sellers is evident. Susan and her husband, Harvey, have been married for twenty-seven years and reside in the Bears Nest development in Park Ridge. As a cancer survivor, Susan donates a portion of each and every commission check to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer Research.
